We have been working with small businesses for over 25 years and we believe that great businesses deserve great support — especially those starting out, doing good, or ready to grow.

Our work is grounded in real experience, straight-talking advice, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. We’re not a big business by any means, in fact, we purposefully keep it small. Led by Kate, GetSet for Business was born 22 years ago.

Ignite was created after seeing the same problem repeatedly. People were being asked to produce business plans before they understood the questions, while courses often delivered plenty of information without helping them apply it. The answer was to break business planning into smaller, logical stages and connect every lesson to practical work. Ignite now makes that approach available to individuals through Ignite 28 and to groups through Ignite Academy.

Some people need a structured programme they can complete independently. Others need a focused conversation, a complete business plan, financial forecasts, help with funding or ongoing mentoring. GetSet brings those options together.
